Made a zine a few years back where I was trying to show the history as I knew it of house show culture in Raleigh because it had been diverse and interesting over the years. archive.org/details/DistortRaleigh-Issue1Would love to make a second zine one day but would most likely be way different of a concept. |

that's awesome! it'd be cool to have input from people who could write about stuff from the 90s/earlier 00s too. i keep getting old raleigh stories from my older housemate and it's cool to hear about houses and people i never knew.

Walsby's Manchild #5 did a bunch of this, but yes I agree! I'm enthralled talking to him about old spaces and bands that played here. I asked him about Youth Of Today playing back in the day a few days ago. can you upload a printable version of this? I can do this or I went to Kinkos yesterday and finally made more. |
